Ayodele Nwosu is a former Nurse Educator and licensed Registered Nurse (R.N.) currently working as a freelance expert author for NursingTrack.com producing a variety of pieces on nursing education, training programs for nurses and economic trends in the healthcare market. Ayodele brings nearly 20 years of nursing experience to the table and has a strong passion for the profession of nursing and advancement of our current healthcare delivery system.
Ayodele was born in Africa and came to the United States during her high school years when her Father took a job opportunity in the states. Ayodele quickly adapted to her new life and saw an opportunity to help people through becoming a healthcare provider. After working as a nurse she decided to take her passion one step further and become a nurse educator in hopes that this position would allow her to affect more change across many different patients.
Ayodele enjoys both formal qualifications and also prides herself on her own personal research and reading in the nursing field. She spends her time keeping up with current trends and voicing her opinion in the world of nursing education. She spends time analyzing current nurse education and training models and seeking ways in which we can improve our current practices and better prepare our student nurses for a career in the field.
